Wow, have I been gone that long?

I didn't realise my last post was on 30th October! So it's been like almost 4.5 months since I updated my blog! I guess I've been lazy and really busy getting settled into our new routine at the new house. Yup, since 30th Oct, we've completed the renovation for the new house, moved in, the kids started new school term (in fact term 1 just ended :P) and everyone and everything is more or less settled in with the new routine. Life has been busy with me spending less time online and more time in the kitchen and with the kids.

Now that we have our own house, everyone has their own space and are more light hearted and disciplined. Hao has got his own new bunk bed and mattress (he's been complaining about his old bed and mattress for the longest time) and enjoying his sleep more. Ee is settling into Primary 1 and loves to go to school and the homework and learning that comes with it. Min has more space to play and run around. All the boys are swimming more now that there's just a pool downstairs and more space to play their lego, as well as a dedicated good study area for them to catch up with their learning. Although I have to spend more time cleaning and cooking, I'm happy that they are much happier now.

Term 1 has ended (too fast!) and I can see Hao busier with his P4 work and activities (both school and social), I find that he's growing up too fast :( Both Ee and Min has also matured a lot over the past few months and I have to admit that time really flies too fast. This week is the term 1 school holiday so I hope everyone can also take some time to spend with the kids before gearing up for term 2 and SA1!
